The producer Kenneth L. Harge retains all rights with the exception of those rights that you have as a leasee. Please see the License Agreement for details.

I have a slow internet connection can you mail my beats to me?
At this time we are unable to ship CD's. Another solution may be to have your beat downloaded to a friend's computer who has a broadband connection.

Have all the samples in your beats been cleared?
All of our beats are sample free and/or royalty free.

Can I rearrange the beats that I lease?
Feel free to rearrange the beats as you see fit. If you need further editing such as block editing please see the Other Services page for details.

What format do your beats come in?
The beats come in a high quality mp3 format for easier downloads. If you need a higher quality sound please see our 'Other Services' page for details on 24 bit wav. files.

Will my beats have that 'voice -over' on them?
All beats that you lease will be without the voice-over.

Will my credit card information be safe if I lease beats from KLH Beats.com?

If I don't like the beat that I downloaded can I get my money back?
Sorry...no refunds. Please make sure that you want the beat before you pay for it. All standard KLH Beats are free.

Who is KLH?
Forgive me for my utter lack of humility but I'm one of the baddest Hip Hop and R&B producers you never heard of. Located in Connecticut, I play keyboards, rap, sing, and whatever else it takes to give you an outstanding product. It matters to me that you are impressed.

Do I have to pay any royalty, mechanical license, or fees other than the lease price?
All standard KLH Beats are free, and there are no royalties.

Will anyone else be using the beat that I've chosen?
Most likely yes. However, if you want to own the beat outright please see our License Agreement.

How long are the beats?
The beats are at least 3 1/2 minutes long. Many are prearranged with verse and chorus sections.

What does Royalty Free mean?
It means that you may use KLH Beats according to your license (non-exclusive or exclusive) without having to pay any additional fees.

Who produced the beats on KLH Beats.com?
That would be KLH.

Can I own a KLH beat outright?
Yes you can. All KLH Beats are available on an exclusive basis. Please email us and let us know what beat you would like to have exclusively. We will email you with a price.

When I lease a beat, how do I get it?
After you click on the button to complete your order, you'll be directed to PayPal.com where your payment will be processed. After it is approved you will automatically be directed to a link where you can download your beat to your computer. The whole process takes only a minute or two.

What is your policy for order and delivery of a 24 Bit OMF wav. file?
Send us an email informing us what beat you would like to have in this format. We will send you a link to pay for the file and then we will send you a second link within 4 business days with your file.

What is your policy for block editing?
Send us an email with your name and phone number and we will call you within 24 hours to discuss your preferences. We will then send you a link so you can hear the edit, there will also be a link for you to purchase the edit if you like.

Are your beats the same throughout?
Most of our beats have chourus and verse sections.
